During this 30 or 60 Day Challenge, you'll meet likeminded sober curious women from around the world to help inspire you along the way. You'll also develop a daily journal practice, daily yoga practice and daily meditation practice.


At the end of the month, if you decide that you want to make your new sober yoga life engrained in you, you can upgrade to 60 days.

  • How to break Habit Loops

  • A meditation for triggers (SAIL)

  • A Booze Breakup Strategy (TECH)

Week 5

Heart Chakra: I Forgive Myself and Others

  • Identify what it means to practice self-love.

  • Learn about the heart chakra and how to bring it into balance.

  • Reflect on our friendships in sobriety and how to manage our changing friendship dynamics. 

  • Revisit the SAFS and planted seeds around family and friends.

  • Look into our past and present family dynamics around alcohol. 

  • Reflect on “showing up” - what showing up means for us, and how we can show up for our friends and family in sobriety.
