30, 60 OR 108 DAY CHALLENGE
We help sober-curious women of all ages, sexual orientations, religions, and more, take a break from drinking and if they choose to, stay sober long-term, using community, connection, movement and mindfulness.
Are you sick of feeling tired, hungover, exhausted? Are you questioning your relationship with alcohol but don't know where to make a change or how to start? Are you looking for a community of likeminded people to help you kick off a sober journey?
If this is you...then the 30 Day Sober Girls Yoga Challenge is for you! Re-evaluate your relationship with booze and re-establish your relationship with yourself over the course of thirty days. During this month you'll meet likeminded sober curious women from around the world to help inspire you along the way. You'll also develop a daily journal practice, daily yoga practice and daily meditation practice.
At the end of the month, if you decide that you want to make your new sober yoga life engrained in you, you can upgrade to 60 days, or join our 108 Day Deep Dive (and even gain some Yoga Teacher Training Skills Along the Way!)
But right now? All you have to commit to is: 30 Days off alcohol and on yoga. it's that simple! (Plus a bit of journalling and meditation sprinkled in!) Watch your life transform - for good.
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
The complete Sober Girls Yoga Challenge to Recover program is 108 Days - or 3.5 Months Long.
However, you can sign up for as much or as little as you like to start.

On the other hand - maybe you ready to be sober for good? If that's you, sign up for the 108 Day Recovery.
The Sober Girls Yoga participants often go on to build friendships OFF ZOOM as well - meeting up for lunches, dinners and even yoga retreats around the world!
