THE 100 HOUR SOBER CURIOUS YOGA YTT
For Women 2-4+ Months on the Sober Curious Journey
Have you completed the Sober Girls Yoga 30 Day, 60 Day, and 108 Day challenge and are like: now what?
You're at least two months into your sobriety - but you realize sobriety, like yoga, is a practice. Just because you're done your Sober Yoga Challenge doesn't mean that the work is over - it's really just beginning. You need a continuous small group to support you and help you stay accountable to your journey.
You also realize that helping others will be key to help you help yourself.
You're curious about learning more about the history and philosophy of yoga - but aren't necessarily ready to step in front of a class and become a teacher. (Or maybe you are ready - and dream of teaching one day as part of the 30/60/108 Day programs?)
Perhaps you are already a yoga teacher and want to learn more about sober focused yoga.
Or maybe you are a sober coach or leader of a sober community and want to bring meditation and yoga into your offerings.
If the above is YOU - then the Deep Dive into Sober Yoga (100 Hour Sober Curious Yoga Teacher Training) is for YOU!

The Deep Dive Into Sober Yoga is a Four Month Program. There are three elements of this program:
1. Satsang: The word Satsang in Sanskrit refers to: "A sacred gathering to sit, or be in truth." As part of this program you'll receive training in foundational coaching skills which will qualify you to run Sober Circles with the Mindful Life Practice.
2. Sadhana: Sadhana refers to "Daily Spiritual Practice." As part of the Deep Dive into Sober Yoga, you'll take part in Modules 1 & 2 of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. You'll learn about yoga history, philosophy, and how to guide asana practices using the Mindful Life Practice style of yoga.
3. Seva: Seva refers to "Selfless Service." As part of the Deep Dive Into Sober Yoga, you will get to play a role as an assistant facilitator in a 30, 60 or 108 Day Challenge. Attend the group meetings, support the participants, and if you'd like to, you can help facilitate some of the challenge asana practices. At the end of the program, you will be eligible to apply to lead a Sober Yoga Challenge to Recovery Program on your own.
In the "Satsang" portion of the Deep Dive Into Yoga, Participants will take part in the Sober Curious Yoga 30 Hour Yoga Teacher Training curriculum, learning how to hold space for groups on a sober journey. This will be two months of the Deep Dive Into Yoga.
For the Sadhana part of the Deep Dive Into Sober Yoga, students will participate in Modules 1-2 of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course, learning about the history and philosophy of yoga, as well as how to teach slow flow and vinyasa flow practices.
Support the main facilitator in leading the Sober Girls Yoga 30, 60 and 108 Day Challenge Program. You will also be a "buddy" for participants in the 30 Day Challenge.
After successfully partaking in "The Deep Dive Into Yoga", participants will be eligible to apply to lead a group as part of the Challenge to Recovery program with Alex. This would mean supporting a small group through their sober journey long term.

"I found Alex McRobs and Sober Curious Yoga after I had gotten sober. I'd gone down a rabbit hole of Instagram following yoga and sober hashtags when suddenly I saw a comment Alex had made on a post. I messaged her and joined Sober Curious Yoga and immediately fell in love with the community.
So excited to sign up for Sober Girls Yoga again with Alex McRobs.
