Join us for a special weekly Meditation Circle exploring the heart of Kriyā Yoga, as outlined by Patañjali in the Yoga Sūtras: Tapas – Sacred discipline Svādhyāya – Self-study Īśvara Praṇidhāna – Surrender to the Divine Each week, we’ll focus on one element of Kriyā Yoga through: - A soulful check-in - A short philosophical reading - A guided breathwork/meditation practice from my teacher's school tradition in India: • 10 rounds of Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breath) • 10 repetitions of Om chanting • 10 repetitions of the Gayatri Mantra - A reflective journaling session - And an optional group share to integrate and connect Bring your breath, your presence, and your heart. Come home to yourself through these timeless yogic tools.

Cancellation Policy
We have heard your feedback, and as of May 24, we have removed the cancellation/no-show policy when it comes to booking and attending classes with the Mindful Life Practice - however, we would appreciate if you do cancel your class in advance if you are going to cancel, by cancelling on the app/website or emailing yasir@themindfullifepractice.com, so that the teacher knows how many people will be attending classes. We appreciate your understanding.
