Mindful Flow & Let Go with Sarah
Service Description
During this 60-minute class, students will first move through a vinyasa-inspired flow that pairs breath with movement. Sarah will then transition students into the yin portion of the practice where class participants will hold poses for longer periods of time in order to achieve deeper stretching, as well as increased calm and balance in the mind and body.

Cancellation Policy
We have heard your feedback, and as of May 24, we have removed the cancellation/no-show policy when it comes to booking and attending classes with the Mindful Life Practice - however, we would appreciate if you do cancel your class in advance if you are going to cancel, by cancelling on the app/website or emailing yasir@themindfullifepractice.com, so that the teacher knows how many people will be attending classes. We appreciate your understanding.
