Service Description
Carolyn will lead you through a steady flow to ground and energise you for the week ahead! This 60-minute class will focus on breathing exercises, meditation, intention and mindful movement that generates heat and encourages energy to flow through the body. This class brings an element of joy and fun and will set you up for the week ahead. Suitable for all levels as modifications and adjustments are always an option. Come as you are! You may need the following in addition to your yoga mat: -A bolster, cushion or folded up blanket -2 Yoga Blocks -A strap/soft belt/towel

Cancellation Policy
We have heard your feedback, and as of May 24, we have removed the cancellation/no-show policy when it comes to booking and attending classes with the Mindful Life Practice - however, we would appreciate if you do cancel your class in advance if you are going to cancel, by cancelling on the app/website or emailing yasir@themindfullifepractice.com, so that the teacher knows how many people will be attending classes. We appreciate your understanding.
