Service Description
This Mindful Let Go class is the perfect way to move into the weekend, as it allows time for reflection on the past week, and it also encourages us to let go of busyness, return to the here and now, and prepare ourselves for a beautiful weekend! The 60-minute class will include cooling and calming breath exercises (pranayama), as well as holding postures (asana) in order to release tension and gently stretch the fascia. The class will also include meditation and longer savasana. Suitable for all levels as modifications, adjustments and props are always an option. Come as you are! You may need the following in addition to your yoga mat: -A bolster, cushion or folded up blanket -2 Yoga Blocks -A strap/soft belt/towel

Cancellation Policy
We have heard your feedback, and as of May 24, we have removed the cancellation/no-show policy when it comes to booking and attending classes with the Mindful Life Practice - however, we would appreciate if you do cancel your class in advance if you are going to cancel, by cancelling on the app/website or emailing yasir@themindfullifepractice.com, so that the teacher knows how many people will be attending classes. We appreciate your understanding.
