Sober Girls Club (Winter Season)

Service Description

Sober Girls Club is a once a week gathering for alcohol free women (or women curious about the path!) We start each week with a check-in, followed by a meditation, and then there will either be a guest speaker, a journal prompt, or a presentation. Join us to connect with other women on the path to hold space for each other and heal.

Cancellation Policy

We have heard your feedback, and as of May 24, we have removed the cancellation/no-show policy when it comes to booking and attending classes with the Mindful Life Practice - however, we would appreciate if you do cancel your class in advance if you are going to cancel, by cancelling on the app/website or emailing yasir@themindfullifepractice.com, so that the teacher knows how many people will be attending classes. We appreciate your understanding.
