About the event

The concept of Vedic Meditation has been appearing in my life alot lately - and whenever that happens, it means it's something I should take interest in! In today's episode of Sober Yoga Girl, my friend Rory speaks about Vedic Meditation. And when my friend Jenn and I had a phone call earlier today, she mentioned she is a practitioner of Vedic Meditation! Due to this I thought I'd participate in a training with Jenn on Mantra Meditation (A derivative of Vedic Meditation) - and wanted to extend the invite to all of our Mindful Life Practice members to join us.

If you're interested, sign up to join us January 30-Feb 1st from 7-8:30pm EST (Next morning 8-9:30am AWST in Bali.) This is a three day program where you'll be expected to attend each day for 1.5 hours, and as well a self practice of 20 minutes later in the day. If you can't attend live, you can still join us and you can do the recording within 24 hours of each call, so that you can stay on pace with the rest of the group. We will have a WhatsApp Chat to connect together!
