ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
3 DAY HOW TO MEDITATE
In January 2024, I began a twice-daily, twenty-minute Vedic Meditation practice through a three-day online training that completely transformed my life. As someone who had always struggled with consistency in spiritual routines, I was amazed by how effortless this practice felt—and how deeply it shifted my state of being. For the first time, I touched a level of peace and presence I’d never known before, and I’ve practiced every single day since. The experience inspired me to bring meditation teachers onto my retreats and trainings throughout the past year, because I believed so strongly in the power of this practice. After a year and a half of daily practice, I began my own meditation teacher training and soon realized that it was designed more for everyday people than for yoga students. That realization sparked the creation of my own Mantra Meditation Training—one that merges the philosophy of yoga and Patanjali’s teachings with the effortless repetition of mantra. I now offer this training regularly online, on retreats, and as part of my yoga teacher trainings, with continued support through a meditation membership and 30-day group challenge that helps students integrate the practice into daily life.

Over three days, you’ll learn how to use a mantra to quiet the nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with the natural calm that already exists within you.
