300 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING IN YOGA & MENTAL HEALTH

Are you a Yoga Teacher with a 200 Hour Teacher Training, looking to take your career to the next level?

 

This course is the only 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training course I have seen out there with a focus on not just yoga, but also how it can be applied to mental health, stress, and trauma, through a lens of the body, mind and soul.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

This program is for you if you have:

  • Already completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (if you want to teach yoga, you need to complete the 200 hour training course before doing the 300 hour training course. 

  • You can take this course if you are not already a certified yoga teacher, if you aren't

 

This program is for you if you are:

  • Interested in bringing yoga to mental health environments, including supporting peers, in your community

  • Perhaps you are already a mental health professional 

  • Looking for a modular course solution where you can explore different elements of yoga philosophy, practice, and more

  • Want to complete some of your training online, some in person in Bali, or fully online!

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:
Our 300 Hour Program is a several module program. You can mix and match various modules to build towards 300 Hours of training. The only mandatory module that you take is the 150 Hour Body, Mind, Soul Yoga & Mental Health Module. The remaining modules, you can choose from our offerings and mix and match to make 300 Hours.

100 HOUR YOGA SUTRA STUDY (ONLINE)

50 HOUR ADJUSTMENTS AND ASSISTS OFFERING (IN PERSON)

The main 150 Hour Module of the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is Body, Mind, Soul: Pranayama, Meditation and Asana for Mental Health. This 150 Hour Module will be offered both online and in person.

The 100 Hour Yoga Sutra Study is an In Depth study into Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, one of the ancient texts of yoga. 

This course is currently available On Demand on our App. 

Many teachers who completed their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training online during Covid lacked training in offering adjustments and assists. This 50 hour training will make you confident and competent in assisting individuals with hands on adjustments safely.

25 HOUR SOBER CURIOUS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

OFF THE MAT: 50 HOUR  SUSTAINING PRACTICES FOR LONG TERM RECOVERY

50 HOUR ADJUSTMENTS AND ASSISTS OFFERING (IN PERSON)

If you are a sober curious woman, seeking to bring sober curious circles to your community, or want the support to also stay sober, this eight week program is for you.

Some students have completed this course in the past with the Mindful Life Practice when it's been either a 30 hour or 100 hour course. If this is you, your course credits apply towards the 300 hour.

This program is for you if you're looking for sustaining practices in your long term recovery. Everyone is in recovery from something: whether it is grief, codependency, dependency on alcohol, and more. Based on the yamas and niyamas, each week you'll gain four on demand practices based on the themes. As well, you'll learn the space holding skills to hold community circles (sangha), practice speaking your truth (satya) and practice self reflection (svadhyaya).
