You don't have to do sobriety alone.
Maybe you're taking a break from alcohol.
Maybe you've been alcohol-free for years.
Maybe you're simply craving a life that feels calmer, healthier and more aligned.
Wherever you are on your journey, welcome.
I created the Sober Girls Yoga Community because after I went alcohol-free, I realized something surprising: it wasn't alcohol I missed most—it was community.
I longed for women who wanted to spend Saturday mornings at yoga instead of recovering from Friday nights. Women who wanted deeper conversations, spiritual practice, laughter, honesty, and genuine connection.
I couldn't find the kind of community I was looking for, so I created it.
Sober Girls Yoga is that space. A place to arrive exactly as you are. To reconnect with yourself. To be seen. To make friends who understand. And to remember that sobriety doesn't have to feel lonely.

After six months away from Sober Girls Yoga...we're having a comeback!
This summer we're starting up Sober Girls Yoga again for eight weeks! Over this time I'm excited to be running two separate intimate 10-women only containers to check-in, meditate together, journal, and share. The space is created to share honestly, celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and support one another through whatever this season of life brings. Whether it is Day One or Year Ten being alcohol-free, you are welcome here. There is no pressure to be perfect, to have all the answers, just an invitation to keep showing up for eachother.
THIS COMMUNITY IS FOR YOU IF...

✓ You're looking for meaningful friendships with women who share similar values.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR...
Hi, I'm Alexandra.
I've been teaching yoga for over a decade and have been alcohol-free since 2019.
After getting sober, I discovered that healing isn't something we do in isolation, it happens in community.
Over the years I've guided thousands of students through yoga teacher trainings, retreats, meditation, and yoga philosophy, but some of the most meaningful moments have come simply from women sitting together, telling the truth about where they are, and realizing they aren't alone.
This community brings together everything I love most: yoga, meditation, spirituality, recovery, and authentic connection.
I'd love to welcome you.
