If you're seeking healing beyond simply "giving up a drink" — if you’re craving deep spiritual support, meaningful community, and a path to awakening as you walk your sober journey — you are exactly where you’re meant to be.
Return to Self: A Yoga Sutra Journey is a powerful small group experience for women at the beginning of, or already walking on, their sober journey.
This is more than recovery —
It’s a path of spiritual rebirth, using the ancient wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras to guide you home to yourself.
Drawing from over a decade of studying and teaching the Yoga Sutras, participating in multiple alcohol-free programs and communities, and exploring various healing modalities, I created this program to weave together the most powerful principles and practices that helped me truly heal.
This is the spiritual support and soul family I wish I had during the early years of my alcohol-free journey —
And now, I offer it to you.
WHAT THIS JOURNEY LOOKS LIKE
Over twelve weeks, we will walk together through the 12 Practices of Yoga Sutra Healing — a sacred pathway of self-inquiry, daily sādhana (spiritual practice), and deep community connection.
Each week, you will receive:
-
A group teaching on a Yoga Sutra principle
-
A guided yoga or meditation practice
-
A sharing circle to reflect, connect, and grow together
You’ll move through three transformational modules:

MODULE 1: AWAKENING THE PATH OF HEALING
Sadhana, Vrittis, Kriya Yoga and the Kleshas
-
Week 1: Sutra 1.1 Commit to your personal healing journey and commit to a sadhana (practice).
-
Week 2: Sutra 1.6 - 1.11 Recognize and understand the patterns of the mind (vṛttis).
-
Week 3: Sutra 2.1 Cultivate discipline, self-study and faith as pillars of your transformation (kriya yoga).
-
Week 4: Sutra 2.3 Investigate the five kleshas (causes of suffering) and how they have applied to your life.

MODULE 2: CLEARING THE INNER LANDSCAPE
Yama, Niyama, Karma, the Four Immesurables
-
Week 5: Sutra 2.30 Reconnect with the foundational values of truth, non-harming, and integrity (yamas).
-
Week 6: Sutra 2.32 Deepen your spiritual discipline and devotion (niyamas).
-
Week 7: Sutra 2.31 Explore the karmic patterns that have shaped your life, and understand the law of karma as it applies to yoga (and not the Western interpretation!)
-
Week 8: Yoga Sutra 2.10 We explored the deep-seated impressions (samskaras) and tendencies (vasanas) that drive our behavior.

MODULE 3: EMBODYING FREEDOM & SERVICE
The Four Immeasurables, The Gunas, Purusha and Seva
-
Week 9: Sutra 1.33 Transform your relationships through The Four Immeasurables.
-
Week 10: Sutra 2.18 Stay steady through life’s ups and downs by understanding the guṇas (forces of nature).
-
Week 11: Sutra 2.20 Awaken to the true Self (puruṣa) — the pure awareness beyond all suffering.
-
Week 12: (Bhavagad Gita) Live in service to something greater, offering your healing as a gift to the world.

🌺 THIS JOURNEY IS FOR YOU IF....
🌿 You are beginning your sober journey, or walking it, and feel called to spiritual support.
🌿 You know sobriety is about more than not drinking — it's about returning to your true Self.
🌿 You are ready to explore ancient wisdom to heal not just your habits, but your heart and spirit.
🌿 You desire compassionate, personalized, one-on-one support as you grow.
You do not need to be an experienced yogi.
You only need the willingness to begin — with an open heart, and a spark of hope.
A PERSONAL INVITATION FROM ME....
"Return to Self is the program I created after over a decade of living, studying, and teaching the Yoga Sutras, working through my own recovery from alcohol, and exploring many healing traditions.
I distilled the most powerful lessons, practices, and spiritual principles that helped me awaken to my true Self — so I could offer them to women like you.
You don't have to walk this path alone.
If you feel called to a deeper, steadier, spiritually-grounded sobriety, I would be honored to walk alongside you."
