Boundaries, Receiving, Creating: A series of three kirtans and women’s circles for sober women

An invitation to come together in sobriety (or sober curiousity), connect through our voices, and explore our relationship with boundaries, receiving, and creating. Each gathering begins with kirtan - devotional chanting - and flows into a circle for sharing, listening, and reflection.

Connecting with Durga, we explore the strength to honour our needs, speak our truth, and hold loving boundaries. A space to listen to our yes and our no, and reflect on what helps us stand rooted in ourselves.

Receiving · Lakshmi

Connecting with Lakshmi, we explore what it means to welcome care, support, pleasure, and abundance into our sober lives. An invitation to notice where receiving feels difficult and practise allowing ourselves to be nourished.
