Third Anniversary - Founders Party! (Asia/North America)

The Mindful Life Practice is coming up on it's third anniversary...and we wouldn't have made it here without YOU!

We are so excited to be celebrating by hosting two Third Anniversary Parties - one that works for the Europe/Asia timezone on March 19th (7am-9am London Time, 11am-1pm Dubai Time, 3pm - 5pm Bali Time)

And, one that works for the Asia/North American Timezone on March 19th at 6:30pm-8:30pm Toronto Time (3:30pm-6:30pm Vancouver Time!)

We are inviting all of the FOUNDING members of the Mindful Life Practice, aka anyone that was part of the community from 2020-2023 (aka, YOU!) The party will be a chance to get together with old and new friends.

It will start with a Soulful Circle. This is your chance to go DEEP in discussion around the philosophy of yoga. We’ll be discussing living our yoga off the mat, and what that looks like.

After that, Alex will lead you through a Mindful Flow & Let Go Yoga Practice that is accessible to all levels. This practice will be facilitated live with a camera man and special camera set up - making it a high quality practice! If you aren’t able to attend, you can view it afterwards it on demand.
