Service Description

Three 90-minute workshops to learn the foundations of mantra meditation, inspired by my practice of Mantra Meditation and studies of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. You’ll discover how mantra works, how to handle thoughts, and how to integrate meditation into your daily life. Classes take place: Tuesday September 30 - 6:00pm-7:30pm AWST (6am - 7:30am EST) Wednesday October 1 - 7:30pm-9:00pm AWST (7:30am - 9:00am EST) Thursday October 2 - 6:00pm-7:30pm AWST (6am-7:30am EST) After this training, participants will join a 30 day meditation challenge, and Alexandra will be regularly offering group meditations which will be open to everyone who has done the training, in order to keep motivated. Pricing: $150 regular Price $40 Refresher (For anyone who has taken the meditation course before on one of our retreats or trainings and just wants a refresher) $50 for those in Financial Need/Hardship $250 for those who are in a better place financially and want to support someone else in taking the course


Cancellation Policy

We have heard your feedback, and as of May 24, we have removed the cancellation/no-show policy when it comes to booking and attending classes with the Mindful Life Practice - however, we would appreciate if you do cancel your class in advance if you are going to cancel, by cancelling on the app/website or emailing yasir@themindfullifepractice.com, so that the teacher knows how many people will be attending classes. We appreciate your understanding.
