The Mindful Life Practice
The Mindful Life Practice Yoga Retreats are always small groups (between 5 - 15 participants) meaning you make deep, meaningful, life-long friendships with the participants on the retreat with you. Go deep into the study of yoga, learning more about yourself, and learning more about the world. All the locations we travel to are specifically chosen by Alex, as optimal retreat destinations for healing.
