55+: Seated Spinal Stretch for Seniors

My wonderful cousin Misty in Ontario, Canada who works at a Seniors Community Centre reached out to me and asked me if I would be interested in making a short chair yoga video for her community, who are all in social isolation at the moment. She is looking for ways to entertain the community and keep them active! I was so excited and happy to create a short little video for their community. The intention in this video is to offer a short, simple practice that is accessible for all. We move through very gentle seated spinal warm ups and practice breathing meditations to help release stress and tension from the body.
