WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR
Bali Retreat
BEAUTIFUL ACCOMODATION
Accommodation in a private retreat center in Ubud, Bali. All delicious daily breakfasts are included, as well as a welcome dinner on the first night and a farewell dinner on the last night.
DAILY YOGA CLASSES AND COACHING
Our daily yoga classes and group circles will help you get deeper into your spiritual practice, understand your life purpose, and realize what changes you need to make to move forward to fulfill your unique dharma or path.
TOURS OF BALI
Visit some incredible spots in Bali, such as the Gates of Heaven and participate in a traditional Balinese water ritual.
THE LOCATION
WHY Bali?
Because from the first time I went there, in 2017, my experience was so transformative, I wanted to go back from the moment I left. I actually never wanted to leave. The only way I can describe it is that the island is so peaceful, spiritual, freeing, and joyful.
Bali is known as the “Island of Gods.” It includes volcanoes, rugged coastlines, sandy beaches, and rice terraces to explore.
THE RETREAT CENTRE
WHERE WILL YOU BE Staying?
Our retreat will be at a beautiful retreat venue just outside of Ubud, with a swimming pool and on the rice terraces. Breakfast and a second meal each day, either lunch or dinner, will be included. Meals will be vegetarian.

OUR JOURNEY THROUGH The Chakras
Day 1: May 3
GROUNDING (ROOT CHAKRA)
The energetic calling of the root chakra is to help us feel grounded and stable. We’ll meet for grounding yoga practice, meditation and sharing circle. After eating dinner, relax by the pool, read, or get to know your fellow retreat participants

WE'LL DO TOGETHER
VISIT THE GATEWAY TO HEAVEN
The Gateway to Heaven is one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bali. We'll have another early morning visiting this temple by sunrise. We'll finish off our evening with a yoga practice and a meditation.
EXPLORE BALI'S WATER TEMPLE
We’ll spend the morning at one of Bali’s most famous water temples, built around a natural spring in the 19th century. The locals visit this temple to bathe in the healing waters of the pool.
SUNRISE TREK TO MOUNT BATUR
We’ll get up at 2am to drive to Mount Batur and participate in a sunrise trek. At the top of the mountain, all your tiredness will vanish when you see the serenity of the sunrise (Optional additional excursion at an additional cost).

MEET YOUR GUIDE, Alex
Alex is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Life Coach, entrepreneur, podcaster, and Ontario Certified Teacher. Since a very young age, she was drawn to yoga as a way to calm her mind and manage an undiagnosed mood disorder. She began practicing yoga daily at the age of eighteen and completed her first 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 at Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico. In 2017, she completed her 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Zuna Yoga in Bali.
